Refund & Exchange Policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a refund and exchange policy on all eligible products, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Eligibility

All products are eligible for exchange or refund, except the 10 ml size, which is considered a paid trial sample and is not eligible for exchange or refund.

Once a request is submitted, our team will review it and confirm approval or rejection within 1–3 business days.

Exchange Processing Time: Once your exchange request has been approved and the original item has been received, the exchange process may take 7–10 working days to be completed
Fees

A deduction of EGP 150 will be applied to cover packaging costs, in addition to any applicable shipping fees.

Product Condition

Returned products must be in their original condition.

If the product has been opened we are sorry we can not accept it.

Approval & Collection

Once your refund or exchange request is approved, a courier will collect the product within 3–5 business days.
